We had to have a 30 minute meeting today about how unqualified employees can't touch open electrical outlets or mess with the fuse-boxes. No shit...Now only managers can completely leave on their breaks. I'll see them at the fucking gym for an hour on their (lunch break).When we were a completely private company, we were allowed to completely leave work at lunchtime and go to the store, or home if you lived close enough. As soon as we were bought by an S&P 500 company EVERYTHING slowly went to shit. The only good outcome was our benefits like healthcare and 401k got slightly better.
