Is that what the bots are spreading? One guy can’t create this mess in 6 months, this is the result of a monetary system controlled by a syndicate, as the fed has never been truly audited and they got caught printing more dollars than they were supposed to which is why Nixon was instructed to axe the gold system. All of Europe called out the fed in the late 60’s, and there was a gold run on the fed. Now a days god knows what they’re up to and we also have illegal naked short selling where you have 3-8 times the number of shares circulating than were actually issued by the company, there is literally an entire financial sub industry dedicated to handling the share over voting problem because more votes than shares (2-3x +) come in regularly.

This is way bigger than one man.

According to Warsh, this is the market watching the puck or something and it’s expected. Historically, though, this is usually when the bed gets shitted by some credit blowup no one expected
>>
>>62742634
then why did it take until Warsh took over, to fuck it all up
bullshit talking points
>>
>>62742656
warsh has one vote on the committee the other eleven can easily outvote him. you're a retarded shill.

there's a general global trend of less interest in bonds, coinciding with the murican budget situation deteriorating

it always felt inevitable to happen considering than the debt to gdp ratio kept getting worse year by year and no side of american politics wanted the fallout of balancing the budget, but the migger administration massively hastened things (BBB, tariff circus, hormuz) and now the damage is likely irreversible

It's the market working correctly
>AI is revealed to be the real deal
>people dump bonds to buy tech
>bond yields rise
Not much to it. There;s if course the doom and gloom perspective, but turn your brain on for once. Midterms in a month.

he has proven to be uttely useless anyway

Bond market gave Warsh the time/option to deal with inflation. He said no. So they’re raising term premium

Would you lend money to Brazil for 5%? So why lend money to the US for 5%? They are currently more inept/corrupt than most brown countries at the moment

It's fine.

Companies have a few months before they need to renegotiate the interests on their trillion dollar loans.
>>
>>62742611
Old bonds are going to become a liability like they were in 2021. Expect a few bank failures at a minimum.
>>
He saved Izreal and made every burger pay for it with higher interest rates.
>>
>>62742611
It's over when the US can no longer reliably make its debt payments. The high cost of refinancing debt is making that a very realistic scenario. Could be next week.
>>
>>62742725
>Ai the real deal
Only if you're very stupid. The electricity generation problem alone makes it impossible for the Ai firms to scale to the size they'd need to cover their opex never mind capex
>>
>>62742758
I thought you guys are always all about muh democracy? So now you complain that the FED is led by a committee that makes democratic decisions by giving each of their members an equal vote, rather than by a single man with complete authority?
>>
>>62743234
That's not true :)
>>
>>62742634
the gold standard was bad fiat is better and europe is even more retarded than the fed but this wasn't caused in 6 months more like a decade or so

> Is that what the bots are spreading?
Yes, anything but the truth
Truth is, the petrodollar is dying and that's not an accident. This is engineered demolition. Warsh, Trump, Bessent, they're all puppets and they've been placed there to play their role. Which is, to take the blame for the disaster that's about to hit the american populace.
Picrel is point 2 of the "you will own nothing" document from the WEF. This is all planned. US will still be relevant, but only as a macro economic zone - it will no longer be the world police / world empire. Exactly as planned by the Club of Rome in the late 70s - 10 macroeconomic zones, each with its area of influence, and constant proxy wars between them to keep the population scared and compliant. You know, like 1984.

How will it happen in practice? Hard to tell. But nobody seems to want to buy US public debt anymore, and that means the US can no longer print infinity money without worrying about their currency collapsing. The 10y yield is just a canary, it points to the very basic reality of the US public debt being completely unsustainable without constant and massive money printing joined with the fact that printing dollars is no longer free money for the US.

Oh buy gold but if you're here you should know that already.

not really. They have been throwing up hail mary passes to try and save it.

engineered demolition can be made to look exactly as desperate scrambling to "save" the situation, which is the case here
they're not trying to save it, if they were they wouldn't start shit with iran and venezuela and maybe cuba next, and they would stop fueling the AI bubble. Right now it's time to go full Volcker, they will do anything but that.
I mean I know you're a bot/shill but you really need to get better arguments to post here, this "hurr durr they're retarded lel so fanny" just doesn't fly

Damn narrative control bots are literally everywhere, this is all orchestrated
>>
>>62743337
15 years of free money let small numbers of elite individuals and elite institutions buy up almost everything worth anything with literally printed funny money (fed has never been audited, they can literally just give member banks cash and nobody would know, government can’t see their books or overrule actions that they take) before the usd is repriced and a small global syndicate now has its tentacles in nearly everything, aka megacorp.

Consider one tree of effect of a very rational but unfeasible suggestion. Say we cut off welfare for Boomers, essential for any sort of meaningful cost cutting and the most equitable.

First boomers will kirk the fuck out, they'll rally their progeny if they can, you'll have the richest generation shouting murder. This is easily solvable with rubber bullets. Then boomers who hold the majority of assets and do the majority of the spending will do two things; they'll cut spending so that rising leg of the K shaped economy dies and they'll sell assets so everything falls faster. This on its own would trigger a recession and political fuel for a reversal. They'd single handedly begin a real run on bonds being the biggest demographic, every pension and near retirement portfolio gets fucked further, boomers eat each other and everyone is in the crossfire. Rinse and repeat forever with political upsets each time.

There going to throw everything at the wall but nothing will stick. It would require a crisis and ultimately no matter the results it will be inflationary.

Saar please be of imagining the interest payments of 40whatever trillion dollars of debt at 10%
