>>62744823I'm 33, have a net worth of around $700k. I'm a factory wagie with no degree and I live with my mom in a shitty apartment complex. No, I'm actually not joking. My hobbies include hiking, fishing, hunting, target shooting, going to wineries and breweries, finance/economics, cybernetics, nuclear physics, chemistry and astronomy. I also enjoy collecting cultural "artifacts" from places I travel.I'm 6'3", 190 pounds and 13% bodyfat.I'm still a virgin, but I've dated around 20 women in my life. You're doing fine OP.
>>62744844Damn it's over for you then
>>62744823>>62744844>>62744854I also have severe in-home OCD/OCPD, moderate workplace OCD/OCPD, and no OCD/OCPD when I'm in nature doing one of my hobbies.I also suffer from intrusive thoughts and moderate porn addiction, but only when I'm alone at home, if I'm doing anything else, it doesn't even enter my mind.OCD/OCPD is NOT fun at all. It's fucking miserable.
>>62744823>arrive on /biz/ with no finance background>even people in the generals tell me carefully read whitepapers and roadmaps before buyingSure it's more fun to use your free time on your current interests but when making money becomes something you're interested in then read up on assets. Read until you see its potential, understand it enough to have conviction to keep holding through lows (unless new data make a good case for selling) and you'll be rewarded. For instance I Toshi popped up in 2023 and then October came along with all that Middle Eastern conflict and most of the market dumped. But I read up on the project enough to still see its potential. Then it rose and rose and got that Coinbase listing ATH around the start of 2025.That's just one example. Spend the time looking around and getting to understand assets before you buy. It's only temporary and then you're back to having free time while you wait for a price point that you think is good to cash out at. Unless you want to keep looking for assets even while waiting for ones you already bought to take off. You don't have to stare at charts constantly but it is an option. Either way your wins will outpace your losses if you're diligent rather than just follow hype and buy stuff when it's already going vertical. When you look at it as holding savings vs. multiplying savings the worth is clear.
