Why don't they teach law in school as a mandatory class? How can you be expected to follow the law when you don't know it? Any good resources for learning?
>>
Law is just a way to control population.

You can know the law, but can't enforce it. Some random bureaucrat will do as he pleases, without any knowledge of law, and you can fight it for years, and he will ultimately say oopsie, and fuck you up more the next day.

It is a failed endeavour, I tried. Rather amass power, and the laws no longer apply to you.
>>

The law isn't a firm set of rules you can memorize and apply to every situation evenly.

It changes constantly depending on interpretation and situation. Most people aren't smart enough to understand this. Particularly people that love laws
>>
their system is gay
stay ignorant of it as much as possible
if someone asks you who the president is
you ask them the president of what? I dont know

It could be a technical thing, but no, the people in law are stupid nigs.

They will apply law arbitrarily for regular joe, and fuck you up all you life.

When its a powerful person, then they are scared, and let them win on technicalties.

There is only primal violence which is the equalizer, otherwise they would fuck us even more royally.

>It is a failed endeavour, I tried. Rather amass power, and the laws no longer apply to you.
Not all of us will be able to amass power. For those people, quibbling about technicalities may be the only choice.
>>

People who think the law is unfairly stacked against them while favoring the rich are probably right to some extent but give themselves away as poor people with a victim mentality.

Feeling like life is unfair tends to go along with poverty, but it also makes it really hard to escape poverty
>>
>>62746469
They won't let you, don't let the news fool you. When you are in court, they won't care about law or precedent, and make a fool of you.

I am aggressive in real life, even though I know I won't be able to achieve my goal, it atleast increases chances.

However, I am not a liar in private life (or here on an anonymous board), and would rather lay out the truth as is.

On you other point, I am not poor, I am possibly top 0.1% in both income and wealth.

I have also had power in past, and believe me you can use law (and the people enforcing it) to make other people look like sour losers and even schizo. Only the ones in know how know the truth.

Due to my family's moral inclinations, we left this world of politics and such, and now I got involved in something, and believe me I am being fucked royally.

Even chatgpt, the most pro govt bot told me directly that the orders were illegal without any buts or ifs. However, to get an order overturned, it costs at least a few grand and lots of mental energy, and the aristocrat would soon issue another one. Only way out is give up for the regular joe.

"Did you really think that we want those laws to be observed?" said Dr. Ferris. "We want them broken. You'd better get it straight that it's not a bunch of boy scouts you're up against - then you'll know that this is not the age for beautiful gestures. We're after power and we mean it. You fellows were pikers, but we know the real trick, and you'd better get wise to it. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted - and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Now, that's the system, Mr. Rearden, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with."

Hmm if only there was some connected network with endless amounts of information where anybody with a 6th grade reading level could easily read up on this subject. Just don't be a dick and 9.9 times out of 10 you'll be following the law.
>>

This anon gets it. Thanks for the reference.

>>62749579
Nigga you have nothing and you don't go out in the real world, otherwise you would realized this other anons wisdom. Reading the law, knowing it, means absolutely nothing.

Everything falls into place if you, a child, know how to live.
The child goes to kindergarten and school, understands civilization and creates it.
The parents are the ones who do not know the laws. They need to follow the child's lead.

The government and school teachers seem to be one step ahead. I wouldn't talk about this topic now it's a long and ugly topic full of epic surprises like the surprise that many people are idiots.

Also parents use tricks to stay alive, they usually obey idiots who radio them in the head, dictating their every move.

I understand your perspective to be the objective truth. I wish more people thought the same, but most are intentionally deceived and mislead by ruling regimes on the nature and structure of society. We are still ruled by the Law of the Jungle. As someone who seems to have a better understanding of that nature, how do you suggest amassing power and wealth or positioning yourself around those that have it. If you had to redo your life as a proletariat, what would you do? I welcome any and all hypotheticals.

Wealth-power is a cycle, thankfully my great grandpa gave us both - wealth (+ passive income + time), and access to power at arms length.

Due to circumstances beyong our control, the connection to power broke.

Luckily around the same time, we also got ourselves out of few ongoing generational feuds, and put legal matters to rest.

Now, I had some trouble like I said, and I had to delve into the same world again. My father is wired to the old ways, but I am young, so a bit moral/ethical leaning.

I am well educated, so I tried to play by the book, even if it meant reading 100s of pages of law for each step. Eventually, like I said, this doesn't yield much, since the govt machinery is just too powerful, and have the socially accepted monopoly of violence.

Few pointers in no particular order -

1. Wealth - already have a lot, cash flow was lower, so now I have increased it multiple times, it will give some breathing room for spending on stuff.

2. Best victory - best way to win is to not fight at all, and scare your opponent. Go ruthlessly at anyone crossing you, project youself as powerful, give you 100% at the first shot. Prolonged fight/litigation only exposes your weakness.

3. Set an example - Try to set an example, if people know you are not to be messed with, you will save youself a lot of fights down the road.

4. Verbal stuff is worthless - don't waste your time, any and all communication should be in written. Don't trusg anyone's word.

5. Politics - a good way to get in is donations to different parties. I had planned to donate to every active relevant politician in my area, but decided against it morally.

6. Bureaucracy - either fear of some sort, where you appear powerful, and they will fall in line, or otherwise spending money on them basically bribery - direct or indirect. Never test your hand, it won't work, just see what max can be done with fear.

7. Rogue - if someone is going against you openly, go all in. No measured response.

>>62750245

If you don't have even one of wealth or power, I don't know much which can be done to achive anything worthwhile in a short term.

Be crazy - appearing the right amount of crazy can be a strategic move. Every individual is scared inside, and violence is a great equalizer.

Another paradox - display wealth (real or not), and people would help you amass more - if they think you have enough, people unironically will provide you more of it. Similar thing to what you see with women.

Funny cause Q said as much about the interrelationship between money and power. And when you boil it all down it just amounts to who's got the biggest stick. People at that level seem to concentrate in banking, business, intelligence, politics, or media.

What would you do long term if you have neither? How do you get affiliated with people who have it? Since you're so rooted in politics do you still advise entry into it - where or what's the best way to get involved where it matters? Do you need a finance background or JD or at that level is education mostly just about Ivy League credentialism. I think the hardest part for those not born into it is figuring out where to put your efforts and how to get involved with the people who already have it all.

For a newbie:

- Wealth: Firstly, you need a baseline amount. Earlier, it used to be almost exclusively business of some kind, now I believe it could even be some very high paying job and invest.

To grow it from there, you need to keep an ear the ground, what is happening. What is the govt gonna do, what could be next big thing/city/business, and be a frontrunner.

- Getting affiliated to those in power is tough. You can do it, but you will always be thrown under the bus as an outsider, when the other side has real juice. For this reason, I don't personally like this.

Otherwise, you can buy them via donations, and sometimes that works to a good extent.

- Politics- earlier you could have some power by becoming a local leader with influence. Nowadays, the scale has completely flipped since the top dogs can directly reach out to every voter's mind directly via media/internet. So, now this route looks less and less attractive for real power, and not being a puppet.

I am myself looking into this to be honest, since the old rules no longer apply.

- Education - no one actually cares much about actual knowledge at this point, and it is mostly about a wide range of connections. Ofcourse, Ivy league offers that better.

Schools don't teach students anything to prepare them for real life.

Are you aware of the secret communication protocols they employ in public? No need to be on the ground, it's all in the open. At your level you should be aware of what I'm talking about, but it doesn't seem like it and it's directly relevant to your advice. I urge you and others to review the links. Since you say you're academic, I hope you'll read both in full and help contribute research to the writer and his community some day:

Hey man, I am relaxing on the weekend, and I don't want to read anything heavy right now, maybe later.

On your point about secret communication, there is some truth of it. It is more like social scenarios, where normies understand it with instincts, and autists struggles. Same thing in these higher circles, you learn it by being in the game, and then it is just clear to you, while genral populace is oblivious.

If there is anything higher to it, I do not know of it, neither I am interested. I want to live my own life free in every sense, thats about the purpose of it for me. My father was much more involved earlier like I said, but he has also distanced himself from this world.

>>62746396
because why do that? there are so many laws that enable your police state to arrest anyone for basically anything and then extract slave labor for them. so make basically anything illegal, and then selectively enforce it when you want free labor. 13th amendment. jeffrey epstein wrote about this.
>>
thats literally your parents job until the age of majority.
>>
Ignoring the few stupid niggas in this thread, the crux of the issue is vague overarching laws, and applied selectively.

I have also been personally occupied by this matter for a few days, do you guys see a solution for this?
>>
>>62751696
clearly your parents failed at it
>>
Lawyers are faggots that think they're the ultimate arbiters of the rules of society and they really enjoy other people not knowing the law so they can fuck their lives up as they see fit
