I have a low work low pressure WFH job but my job is so unfulfilling and my career is going nowhere. Trying to advance would involve moving to another city and paying a lot in rent.I have zero social capital. Despite being ugly and autistic I daydream about Twitch streaming or Youtubing or stuff like that. Not because I will grow charisma or looks, but because I feel like AI is raising the relative value of all personalisation. I admire Silicon Valley types who let it all hang out in terms of their cringe blogs about stuff. But I don't live in the Bay Area and have a social network of autistic rich people.Britain, and Europe as a whole, are turning into shitholes. I think the correct mentality for me may be to consider myself similar to a third worlder who is unlucky enough to be above average IQ and conscious, so I can then act appropriately. If you have a 140 IQ and live in Africa, you don't give a fuck about being ostracised from the smashing testicles with rocks masculinity rite of passage rituals or the cow dung throwing parties.

Is it low pay though?My WFH job is low work but low pay.I won't get another job because I am fully checked out of being a wagie after seeing the state of the world as I grew up and where it is heading. I have no interest in a "career" or doing "work".If I got fired from this I would just NEET forever.I would have liked to do YouTube but it would have to be faceless and not use my voice, I couldn't imagine people I knew from the past, people who live near me, work with, etc, finding my YouTube channel - for my level of autism that would be way too exposing and uncomfortable for me.
