I have bad news anon you'd also pay like half as much in taxes.Take that into consideration.
>>62749442work with ai to push a specific skill suited for each specific job role. like fulfillment specialist.
>>62749442Come to the US
wouldn't you end up paying US taxes and then your own country's taxes on top of that? isnt that the whole reason they brought h1b's to the US because they complained about having to pay taxes twice
>>62749442equity at a privately held company is meaningless.>why do i even stay here ?what city and state was the job in? you have to be aware of niggers, high rents, the necessity of owning a car, etc.
>>62749885the USA is basically the only country in the world that does this for income earned while living overseas.
>>62749890What about income earned in space?
>>62749915>The term "foreign country" does not include international waters or airspace, nor does it include offshore installations that are located outside the territorial waters of any foreign country.https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/foreign-earned-income-exclusion-tax-home-in-foreign-country
>>62749915>>62749939to make it more clear: the US allows for some portion of foreign earned income to be exempted from taxation, provided you spend a minimum number of days in a foreign country. but this "benefit" doesn't apply to time spent in airspace or foreign waters.
>>62749453Half of 3x salary is sill bigger than half of 3x less though
>>62749885No because most eu country doesn't tax you if you live aboard. But I think if you get a us green card you get taxed world wide for 10 years. Which is like ouchhh if i move back to ue
as someone who has worked at a number of startups with equity keep in mind private shares are worth 0 until the company gets bought, and what its worth then is at best speculative. I did get 400k from one of the startups getting acquired, 3/4 either paid nothing or expired
