Assuming a 4% annual withdrawal rate, you could live modestly in most of SEA. Getting a long-term visa is another issue though. A 10 year golden visa in Thailand costs like $40k, which would eat up a significant amount of your capital. Doing visa runs to neighboring countries all the time would probably get really tiresome after a couple of years
