Isn't Trump inflating the debt away a good thing? All my money is invested and I have a mortgage. It seems like it would only hurt poors and people in cash?
>>
They can always make more houses. Houses have never been a speculative asset historically. The reality is more that the price on paper is largely meaningless and you should simply be putting as much as your wealth into things that will retain value.

Will they always be able to make 90%+ white, safe and clean cities though?
>>

poor people that have a job arent hurt that big by inflation, because their wages also go up
its people on fixed income that are hurt, like old people
and of course people that lend out money are hurt, because they get paid back in something that has lost value
thats why (((they))) are screaming about inflation that much
overall inflation isn not perfect, but its really the better choice than going fucking bancrupt

>They can always make more houses
They won't be able to afford the price of materials

My investment thesis rests solely on this notion

No, because practically no investments beat inflation after accounting for capital gains taxes and/or AMT.

Not only that, but Trump isn't controlling government spending -- only Congress can do that, and they keep jacking up the spending to exceed inflation, resulting in ever-increasing national debt.

I laugh at /pmg/ retards the most, because silver and gold prices are suppressed by governments so that they never beat inflation. Yes, you can get lucky on timing. No, you aren't going to beat the central banksters at their own game.

>because their wages also go up
unless their raises are on par or higher than inflation they are are still getting fucked.
>>
>>62752253
That's another reason houses are a horrible investment. Government can just drop off 30,000 somalians in your town and your house is worthless.
>>
>>62752413
It's not really working with rates and prices still going up : '(
