How do you refute this without sounding poor and mad?
>>62759500im not poor and I think AI is a scamwat nou?
>>62759500I have no money
now show us how much debt was created to sustain this
>>62759508Wageslave for 50 years then invest in shitcoin saar
>>62759500poor people don't think everything is a scam, they think that everything that IS a scam ISN'T a scam
>>62759508why not? the S&P just hit ATH again.
>>62759500>The rich get richer because poor people are right in their assassment of the markerReally makes you think
>>62759500>line go up>don't pay attention to inflation goyim
>>62759500I hate jews.
The rich get richer because they are literally insider trading and know what is going to pump and what is fgoing to dump
>>62759509Doesn't matter. Even if we had more realistic gains and a more stable market without debt, poor people still won't invest. They never will. I became known as the "stock market guy" at work, and people keep asking me what to do with an extra 500 a month they want to save for retirement. I tell them to put it in a roth IRA and buy VOO, it's relatively safe, stable, and has statistically better retruns than professionals yield. They look at me like a deer in headlights and find excuses on why they can't do it. Then eventually let out that they hate stocks and don't trust the market. When I tell them that their 401k is stocks, they get confused and just walk away. I tell them how easy it is to just auto deduct 50 dollars from every paycheck, and I'll set up their app to buy VOO automatically every paycheck, but they say that's too complicated and would rather buy extra starbucks.
>>62759567Better to put it in gold or silver
>>62759500maybe look in the mirror maybe you are the one who scams(!)
>>62759566Academic research suggests that roughly 85% of illegal insider trading goes undetected and unprosecuted.
>>62759500looking at the chart after 2001 and 2008, it did not look like the stock market would just go basically straight up for the next 20 year, and it didn't feel like it either. everyone was getting poorer, things were getting worse, it was understandable to think that the economy wasn't going to boom anytime soon
>>62759500>invest in the ess and pee five hundredno because its definitely going down tomorrow for sure
>>62759637when things are good, people think it will be good foreverand when things are bad, people think it will be bad forever
>>62759622Imagine being inside enough to do insider trading but outside enough to get punished for it.
>>62759505you would be more richerer if you didn't think it's a scam what nou?
>>62759500100% correctBut I'd add "not for poor people' onto that list. ie. Poor people think the market is only for rich people.I guess they could also have the criminal mindset, they think everyone else is doing crimes, so the market is rigged against them. Falls into the "scam" category though.Anyway, who cares. I'm not going to lose sleep over the ignorant making their lives worse.
>>62759858About 1/3 of the US is on welfare. You can't own stocks and collect public assistance
There are a lot of people like that. You can see them everywhere, even on /biz/. It's an individual that fancies himself smarter than what he really is. For this individual, everything is crap.>Touchscreen phones?Crap>Dating apps?Nobody will use them>Blockchain?Scam>Electric cars?Glorified washing machines>Starlink?Crap>ChatGPT?Glorified search engine>Stock market?Overbought, it will crashIt gives them a false sense of superiority. It's sad to see. Specially on a board like /biz/, there are so many luddites with reddit and devianart tier opinions. Sad.
>>62759567Kek, wtf kind of boomers are you working with, lad?The only person we have like that is some old negress that thinks putting everything in her savings account at Wells Fargo for the past 35 fucking years was the "smartest" thing she could do and she's like 68 still working and hates it .We tell her where to buy a home, we tell her she can invest a small amount to see how stable the returns can be but nooo, she's "smart"! When she took her clapped out 2003 Ford focus to the dealership 3 years ago, she paid them 7500$ to "keep it running" because shes "smart" knowing how "expensive the upkeep is on them new cars". We would tell her to buy used but she already blew her wad on shocks, bushings, engine mounts a "tune up" and new fluids all around. Best fucking 7500$ a person could spend.
>>62759937Dating apps really are crap if you're not a woman/Chad so they're not wrong about that one
>>62759972You're an example of what I mean. Can you even read? "Nobody will use them". Try it again.Few things have had such consequences in this world as dating apps. Saying they are crap is like saying the S&P is crap. Irrelevant. Now, go on and say AI is a glorified search engine. I'm sure it makes you feel good at night, luddite.
>>62759644it's mostly people who are dumb enough to be an officer of a company that the SEC is going to pay attention to, who then do something like full port options on their own company before an earnings report which immediately triggers the SEC to take a look at it, or hedge fund traders who get caught in a sting operation or dimed out by someone else on their team who got caught
>>62759500Poor people are goyim and goyim are cattle.
>>62759500The SPX has barely eeked by the dot-com peak in M2-deflated terms so far. How much more money is left to shove into SPX's constituents?
>>62760234Quite.
>>62760331>>62760234kidnapped and raped white children, on and off the clock
>>62760329Also there's a fair chance that the gold & silver bull is done for the decade. :^)
>>62760338Teens are not children. If she consents it's not rape.
>>62760349oh no a whole decade before once again matching/exceeding the gains of stocks without 10x the risk
>>62760338NGMI
>I'm smart like the rich people because I'm buying now!
>>62760469Fucking idiots are a year too late
>>62759500It is a scam but it's a positive-sum game so you can still win while getting scammed.
My last trade was $40,000 a few weeks ago I don need much just coffee & some food & a few annoying women.
>>62759500It IS a scam and it IS all fake and gay. But this doens't mean it won't make you money.
>>62759553>line goes down on your shitcoin>inflation still eroding your moneyKWAB
Stocks are a literal ponzi scheme
>>62759500this is correctpoor == stupidlook at this board for example
>>62760351>>62760468shalom, may iseael burn
>>62759566Politicians report their trades, simple to copy. Made bank on Pelosi's VST purchase.
>>62759500Indeed while everyone was getting rich through crypto normies thought it was all a ponzi scheme and you would have to be stupid to buy in.
>>62759500>>62759545Reminds me of that Sam Hyde quote about being the smartest boy in the room. "You're right, have fun being right and broke."
The only reason the economy hasn't crashed yet is because I havent bought yet. THEY'RE waiting for me before they dump it.
>>62759567>debt doesnt matter, despite outpacing growthInto the trash it goes
>>62759500Ecclesiastes, everything’s hevel. Trust Christ.
>>62759567>I became known as the "stock market guy" at work,Peak /biz/
>>62759566I'm rich-ish, 8 figure nw, and I never insider traded.
>>62759858>Poor people think the market is only for rich people>they think everyone else is doing crimes, so the market is rigged against themLots of people like this.>>62760467Depends on the stocks
>>62760349>gold and silver bull is done for the decadeNot unless the US pulls $40 trillion out of its ass it isn't. Your normative bias fails to see that the situation has changed. Someday soon we'll go to buy copper or chemicals or something else we lack to competence to make ourselves and China will tell us to fuck off with our monopoly money. We did it to England not so long ago and it will happen to us. Gold isn't going anywhere but up.
>>62759500Do the poors even know what an S&P is?
>>62763459It’s Standard for the Poor to not know
>>62759500WHat are the best S&P's to put money into?
>>62759858The market is rigged, not necessarily against any one group but it's certainly rigged in favor of certain businesses and industries
>>62759858>they think everyone else is doing crimes, so the market is rigged against them.Because it is.
