Does any here do COAST FIRE? I am getting very tired working for the man so doing what I can to save up and invest so I can stop working. Current take home pay is 5,000 a month (government job) and here is where I’m at:
>TSP 70,000
>IRA 35,000
>Brokerage 10,000
>Crypto 1,000
>Rental property owe 30,000, worth 250,000, tenants pay 1,500 in rent
>will get a state pension at 60, about 750-850 month
>will get a federal pension at 56, 1800-2000 a month
Wanting to stop working at 55, currently 40. Any suggestions?
