I will be traveling for a new job a lot and need to get a credit card. Looking for advise on what kind to sign up for. Good benifites and kind terms I suppose would be good. Would want to pay off stuff asap, having it automatically handled would be stellar.
>>62767953TL;DRI just read credit card so I'll give you my input.I also travel a lot for work, and sometimes my expenses go up to 15k burgers/month. Because of that, I tried the amex platinum a few years ago and it's been great so far. The card basically pays itself off, and the benefits are not bad. Just in uber cash and restaurant benefits, you get about $500 worth of savings. I don't even use all the benefits tho.If you decide to go with the amex platinum, go for the charles swchad one. You can convert your point to cash for investing and the coversion is like 1 = 1.1 cent
Make your job give you a company credit card. Don't put travel expenses on your own and wait for reimbursement
>>62768280I don't think I have that option, the company has a portal to schedule many things in advance that doesn't need to be reimbursed but I will need to pay a but out of pocket myself. >>62768254That sounds pretty cool. You're telling me there is a subscription fee but the perks cancel/outweigh? How exactly do these points work, is it like a business rewards card but they just tally up every charge you put on it (or I suppose with specific types of purchases)? What sort of options do you get on those investments?
>>62768432google it, nigga. >What sort of options do you get on those investments?Basically, you need a CS investing account, and you get usd when you convert your amex points in "investing rewards". You can do whatever with the money, invest, trasfer to a checking account so it's not limited to use only within amex points.I usually get between $150-300 avery other month, which I use to buy stocks or crypto
