They want everyone to stop being spoiled by fast delivery so they can make it slower and gayer again and people will notice the decay of systems less.
Make the fastest shipping the cheapest. People get such an incredible deal that it doesn’t even occur to them that overnight or guaranteed 2 day weren’t even actual options. Too expensive. Didn’t look.
