Don't make the same mistake as me. I was 100% bonds from 2014-2026. 12 years. Because I was a bear and never felt like the was a good time to get into equities. I'm being completely honest here.

US treasurys 10 year, high grade corporate bonds, and small portion of emerging markets bonds.

Nominally, I might have broke even. After inflation, I definitely did not break even.

I would have a lot of money right now if I were have just parked everything into VT instead. The thought of actually putting money into equities scared me. I cut my bond losses earlier this year after the bond rally, fortunately for me, I got out in April, or I'd have taken another 100 bps hit with bonds shitting the bed again this summer.

This cant be real.
You leave right at the time bonds are about to rip?
Top signal when even the Bear bonds are entering the buble is about to burst.
I need to GTFO right now and do the inverse of your advice. It really is like they say always do the opposite of /biz/.

Bonds are not stocks. When bonds rip, your bonds are worth less. It is new bonds that rip.

Crash wont happen till late 27 or 28 but still the signs to me are not good and they are coming from everywhere.

>Invests in bonds when they're worth nothing
>Pulls out of bonds when they're at record highs to buy stocks when they're at ATH
Are you just a born loser or something? I'm honestly not trying to be a dick, but it sounds like you have a defeatist personality or something.

SPX was up only 20% from the 2000 ATH in 2014.
There was no reason to be scared of a crash considering that the money supply has grown 140% from 2000 to 2014 and the economy was doing fine.

Yields are crashing in a bear market so it makes sense to buy bonds before that if you know something.

What the fuck made you think that was a good idea when every government fired the moneyprinter up on full speed every single time tiny cracks began to appear in the economy?

They have proven time and time again that they prefer high inflation over a real recession.

And now when you are about to rotate, stocks are gonna crash. Kek.

Niggas went through 1 temporary deflationary cycle in 2008 and think they'll totally time the bond market this time for sure.

I thought thee would be negative interest rates like in Japan and Germany.
and that stock market collapse was around every corner.

You deserve to be laughed at because bearspam on this board has fudded me out of 20xes before.

Bears on this board are the worst posters.
