i got my job cuz i applied to a place that hires like everyone then worked super hard until i got promoted. they stopped hiring now tho cuz the budget is all jacked up lol.

Every time they look at the resumes that came in for an opening they should see your name. Over and over and over and over. Also don't use AI to write your cover letter. Many companies run a screener on that now and instantly toss your application unread by human eyes.
