Even then you probably need a house paid off to put up as collateral and frankly if you own a house it's MUCH easier to just mortgage that instead of trying to get an SBA loan.But best of luck, it's worth a try

People break away from the rat race everyday to pursue something that makes them more happy, even if it means making less money. That’s something I plan on doing in the near future. I’m going to eventually downgrade to a part time job close to where I live and then use all the extra free time I have to enjoy life. And by enjoying life, I don’t mean all the meme shit like traveling the world and all that other nonsense. I mean taking it slow, go fishing, use my yard to grow my own food, etc. Eventually I would like to get in a position to where i can lower my expenses enough to where I can live off my savings completely. Worst case scenario is I have to stick with a part time job. Either way, dropping the 40+ hour work week slave routine is my main focus atm because it’s buck breaking me
