Lawyers I talked to so far, during initial consult, seemed kind of shy about putting their career on the line by telling a judge he fucked up to his face, and wouldn't take my case on contingency because fee-shifting only applies to certain FCRA debt collection stuff. But maybe suing the one major company who keeps lying to courts and stealing my wages instead of working for their own money like they ought to, would be worth a try. And it feels like there should be some law for when a court goes after someone who never had a fair trial because they weren't the actual defendant.

If you don’t file a journal entry the attorney will file one a few months later and lie about you and without a witnesses they’ll gaslight you in court and get judgement against you.
