How do poor boomers exist? Literally any boomer could’ve done this.
>>
Because they are selfish and shortsighted, possibly because of lead poisoning.

That is more a symptom of the devaluation of the currency via inflation and debasement.

they didn't do it retard. the credit markets did. if there was no cheap credit for the last 2 decades we would not have seen the run ups in price as we did. money doesn't come from nothing, despite their ability to print it out of nothing. they must still maintain the values or people will riot and put their heads on a stake.

Okay well they should have taken advantage of it then anyone with a triple digit IQ (not you), would have.

>Just pay $100k a year in taxes, bro

>$150k (((property taxes)))

They're bad with money. Without the black swan event of Asia being poor, Europe in rubble, and Eastern Europe being in rubble and communist; most boomers would be peasants.

$1.5mil in 1998 was a shitload of money
>>
the average boomer could not afford a $1.5M home in 1998.

Yea and making $45k was a good salary back then too.
>>
My boomer dad was visiting from out of town and saw me looking at a chart on my computer. He told me “I don’t know anything about the stock market, maybe I should learn”. I’m inheriting nothing btw
>>
a 10x in 30 years isn't anything fucking special

In 1998 I was making $16k per year and my house cost $70k

Granted that same house is now worth close to a million, but anyone with a million dollar house in 1998 was easily in the top tenth of a percent of wealthiest Americans
