My stock guy isn't returning my calls.

I bought $5k of stock certificates from him a month ago. He was nice enough to come to my house to give me the paper certificates in person and told me that if I want to check the prices I can just call his personal cellphone But now some telephone wires must have gotten crossed, because a chinese lady from a restaurant picks up when I call him.

How do I reach him?
