It's over

There's a thread on this already. Did you not get enough impressions on x or something? Did you see it on the catalog and not think to post this there?

>-3%
Did you see the rest of the market today?

I don't even know what the fuck they were thinking with this demonstration. It's cool, but there's literally no practical application for it outside of a few ultra rich or movie cars driven exclusively on private or cordoned off land.

As an investor it made me yank my cash out (and I see for good reason) because it showed no practical direction for Tesla, and worse it showed a severe lack of priorities for the company by wasting so much talent and resources on a meme car.

Nigga who cares about utility?
They also shown their 0 to 60 is under 1 seconds which is very impressive, but wtf utility you gonna expect? Are luxury cars have any utility beside looking cool?
>lack of priorities
Nigga wtf a car supposed to do beside moving from point a to point b? It can do that like any other car
It can also self drive
And now flies too.
Anyway, I put 10k more into it.

This was likely an incredible waste of research and development time and shows a lack of focus from management. How will this make a profit?

Yeah, it's cool, but investors look for what can make them a profit. How the fuck does a meme flying car you can't use make me a profit?
>>
>>62791658
>muh investors look for utility
Dude, moderns stocks dumped shortly after they announce LITERAL SKIN
CANCER VAXINE
Stock market and “investor sentiment” never means a company doing good or bad, it’s just bullshit
>how will this make profit
I ask you again, how does skin cancer vaccine gonna make profits? If you put money in when it dumped you could have made a ton.
Here is a free advice: put money in Tesla now and enjoy a nice profit few months from now
Or don’t
Your money

I think Elon (the worlds richest man, who has spread his seed more than most basketball americans and controls one of the largest social media companies) really should have contacted you before going forward with this, you're right its not a good look! and it IS problematic!
>>
>>62791714
damn dude instead of just skimming meme headlines u could at least ax an ai if u really couldn't figure out why the stock dropped
>Despite announcing positive Phase 3 trial results for its personalized melanoma vaccine, Moderna stock initially dropped 25% because investors engaged in profit-taking after the shares had surged 177% in a single day, wiping out $18 billion in market value.

>While the breakthrough validated the company's shift from COVID-19 vaccines to oncology, several factors contributed to the immediate sell-off:

>Valuation Concerns: Analysts at Citigroup downgraded the stock to "Sell," arguing the rally created an "unjustifiable" valuation that required $13 billion in annual oncology revenue to justify.
>Uncertainty: Investors remained cautious because detailed data was pending, and questions persisted regarding the vaccine's cost (estimated at $100,000–$475,000 per patient) and manufacturing scalability for personalized treatments.
>Risk Management: Many traders viewed the massive one-day surge as an overreaction, prompting them to lock in gains ahead of further regulatory and commercial milestones.

>The greatest marketing stunt in years.
>Uhm akshually it has no need or practical application.
I would have called this r*ddit but seems like an entire generation jus acts r*ddit.

is this true? lol lmao

I'm confused about like half the posts in this thread. Tesla is and and has always been a shit company on paper, yet continuously kept relevant by force of marketing and memes.
I shall remind you there's a tesla orbiting our sun as we speak

Elon Musk's most grandiose effort at pumping the stock turned out to be the least successful
>>
>>62795494
He's just good at funneling capital towards him and taking over successful products. He's an awful businessman but this gets lost in the mountain of money that flows to him. His businesses have artificial barriers to competition like banning imports. All this to say no matter how much he came around the the world or the value of his stock he'd get fucked in a free market or in capital rotation away from tech. Since the topic of discussion is TSLA tanking, how does it plan on making money is relevant. Elon can bust as much as he wants and run more tech demos but its not compelling for investors in a time when everyone is tightening their belts.
