I've considered the possibility and how this could be similar to 2023 where the market tanked in October and at least solid projects were taking off incredibly around December.
It may even be part of the (shoddy) plan. TACO no longer working? Amp up the fear and doubt by making it look like conflict and its consequences will hit a whole new level, then defuse at the last moment. The relief and optimism could have its effects.
