Are brilliant jerks a net negative to a company?
>>62793223I like to think that I'm a net positive but I might be a bit biased.
Depends on their role. In some replaceable cog scenarios they are not worth but if there like 5 people in the country qualified to do the job then you take what you can get
>>62793223That's my intention yes.
>>62793223If they aren't properly contained by management, it's quite likely. I couldn't tell you how many people I know who've moved jobs and accepted paycuts because they couldn't stand working with someone, but it's not a small number. A lot of turnover has negative effects on a company over time. That being said, you do need to separate the wheat from the chafe, so to speak. I've lost count of how many people thought they were hot shit and were so insecure that they'd rather quit than learn when faced with someone that was to hardheaded or too oblivious to put up with their bullshit. Someone being just enough of a jackass to rapidly filter people like that can have some upsides. As with most things in life, it's a balancing act.
>>62793223Only if they're customer-facing.
>>62793223ENTJs usually run the company.Managing other people requires a strong will and ego. You can't give a fuck about other people's feelings. Being a jerk is pretty much a job requirement for management
>>62793798I am ENTP according to a test
>>62793908So close
>>62793908Just take the test again and answer the questions differently. It can give you different letters but you have to answer the questions differently if you want to get a different personality.
>>62793927This works with IQ tests too
>>62793935They only gave me one the exact instant I was born. I still can't tell people the number
>>62793921Could improvise but i really hate schedules and long work>>62793927What?
