“You live in your mom’s basement,” she said to me.“Yeah, you’re definitely poor. That’s the kind of insult a poor person would come up with,” I replied.“Yeah, my husband bought us a house when we were 18. Ohhh yeah, we’re definitely poor,” she said.“How did your husband get the money to buy a house?” I asked.“By working,” she replied.“You’re not working and saving millions to buy a house at 18,” I said.“You’re insane if you think houses cost millions,” she responded.“So you’re either living in a shack, renting a room, paying a mortgage, or living in a poor neighborhood,” I replied. She then went back to insulting me by saying, “You live in your mommy’s basement.”“Only poor or lower-class people move out at 18,” I said.I even told her that when I think of “mom’s basement,” I think of something very nice and cannot even be used as an insult for anyone I know. Also, she mentions she hates the big cities. What a surprise. So this means she lives in a small town making minimum wage. Why are brokies so ignorant and don’t see that everything they do and say makes them so dumb and financially illiterate?
