I just got a job at the post office, and I'm expecting to work 40-80 hour weeks. I have been basically a neet for my entire adult life and I've been scraping by with occasional part time jobs and internet scams. I'm thinking that maybe I should work this job and get the good money (could be anywhere from 8-17 grand) and just live off of that for the rest of the year. Plus I've heard on reddit that the post office gives employees forklift training so if I manage to get that I'm basically set to make big bucks grinding warehouse jobs while being able to support a neet lifestyle for extented periods of time. I'll just put my money in a roth IRA and shitcoins for my long term investments, and do doordash and side hustles for food. Is this a sound plan?
>>62796607hahaha lube up your asshole and bend over, welcome to hell
>>62796607no it's not a good fucking plan.
1. No you dont get forklift training.2. You're gonna quit in a month. There is a reason you got the job. Cause no one else wants to do it. You manager will fuck with you until you quit. They will tell you to be there at 5am and leave at 10pm and you'll fucking do it. 7 days a week. You will come home, eat, go to sleep, then do it all over again. Every fucking day of the week. I fucking guarentee it. Wail till November and December and you will work 16 hour days and the NLCA wont have your back either. You will get time and a half and thats it. Good fucking luck lower lolololol
>>62796607Sounds good to me. Single guys don't need full time for 30 years straight when they're already flushed with cash
>>62796630All wagecucker is hell >>62796646I only wanna work this job 3 months maxx then use that money to travel and Neet it up, My living expenses are pretty much non existent cause I live in a mobile home
>>62796607its not bad just be aware warehouse work is hard, fluorescent lights, cement floor, likely lifting even if you are forklifter. i do printing, easier on the body.
>>62796607I did this when I was younger. Worked a decent job for 4 years, got loads of overtime and raises. Got tired, quit, then didn't do shit for ~2 years. Had funds to go on for an extra year or two, but didn't want to hit 0.Great time, but not a great idea.
