How would you make $1000-1500 a month remotely so that you could live in an obscure south american country and pay $250 a month rent and live life on ez mode?
I live in obscure south american countries and $1000 is not enough anymore to survive here for a white tall man. To live life on ez mode you need at least $2000
>>62800327Then that’s not obscure.
>>62800298I second this question but I take sea.
>>62800298e-commerce, find something to sell onlinedropshipping is very saturated and competitive now, maybe look into digital services or something AI related
What is an obscure South American country? Like uruguay, Paraguay, ecuador? You can get a shitty data entry job online that would probably pay 1-2k a month but they're mind numbingly awful
>>62800298sell covered calls on a stock that you own
I can do this right now I’ve realized
>>62800298Honestly holding bitcoin. I bought enough to just draw down on it and I still haven't actually drawn down significantly on my stack at all, spending like $36k/yr. It just goes up faster than I spend. The upside is I don't have to live around brow-I mean poor people. There are plenty of cheapish places all over America to live in.
>>62800530Obscure enough that you didn’t name it
>>62800530How does data entry even exist anymore? My company put me on a data entry team and I automated it in less than a week
>>62800298>live in an obscure south american country and pay $250 a month rent and live life on ez modeThe thing is parts of life would be easier, but parts would be harder. Like yeah the rent is cheap, but think about where you'd be living. Probably in an isolated location in the middle of nowhere. Which means things like groceries would be harder to come by. Maintenance for your home or where you're living. Probably less standards/control overall for the quality or safety of food. Less access to health care if you ever required it. Even something like a good dentist. There's a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish. Probably difficult to make any sort of "friends" or have a social life. If you lived in an urban setting you probably would run into safety issues. The local police not giving a fuck if your place got broken into/etc.
If you grew up poor, you know way more about living on a minimum income than 90% of people. They really have no clue how cheap it is to get by. The average American thinks you need $50k to just barely survive on a subsistence level. They sincerely and seriously believe that. Most people aren't going to have even the slightest bit of advice to give you.You could even survive on $1k-1.5k in America lolmuch less Latin Americaand yes, not being homeless and paying for some sort of shelter to live in, and you could even have electricity. Maybe not plumbing, though.
SEA is safer, cleaner and have better cuisine. South America got expensive but keep dangerous.
I have a friend who lives comfortably in SEA and identifies as an "AI Wizard" on linkedin, where he finds random small business owners and convinces them to pay him to "setup AI" for them. AI does most of the work. I think recently he also started having AI do all the communication on linkedin. Not sure when the expiration date of this scam is. Probably not too far into the future.
>>62801347You can’t get temporary or permanent residency though so you’ll be doing border runs the rest of your life. It’s up to immigration if you can re enter the country so if they decline and you have your things or pets in your apartment you’re shit out of luck.
>>62800298Bolivia is doable with this.
>>62800602If it’s that obscure then you wouldn’t need $1k/mo
>>62800530agartha
>>62803896Yeah but I want to be able to buy books and furniture and maybe even save money.
