Why is the image called TwoChicksAtTheSameTime?

Nowhere. FATCA compliance has made everyone hate American customers.

There's no real reason to get a foreign account anyway unless you are doing business or living in a foreign county, in which case you need an account in that country specifically and get ready to be reamed by the local banks on the terms of setting one up because they need to offset FATCA compliance costs.

Whats the goal of setting up an account outside of the country? If you just want access to other currencies to save in them, you can do so at some American banks. Your taking a different risk with an offshore bank account as American diplomatic ties are wavering.
