i do this daily just being healthy, fit, and goy-minning, and i have a 6 figure job living in the bay area in california.

breakfast = $2; 2 eggs, 1 Mission carb balance tortilla, coffee (eggs 44c each, tortilla 50c, coffee $1)

Lunch $3 = protein shake (2 scoops protein powder, 14oz milk)

Dinner $8-12 = protein based, 40-80g protein in the form of beef chicken or lamb, with light carbs

extra: psyllium husk fiber powder, another carb balance tortilla to hit fiber daily intake = $1

Buy a fuckhuge bag of rice for like $17 and that's enough calories for over a week.
Supplement it with chicken.
If you're mega lazy A precooked rotisserie chicken (1500cals) is like $12.
If you cook it yourself you can just cook drumsticks or chicken thighs for even cheaper.
If you're mega goy lazy you can even just buy those frozen chicken strips, 4000cals of them is like $15

my "emergency fund" is $20k in credit (free money that stolen from me by you know who), which will be wiped when they reset the system

Honestly that's not bad at all. Hit up Costco and get a couple of rotisserie chickens for C$8 each. Each one is enough for two days. While you're there, grab a polish sausage and a slice of pizza, that only costs US$4, so probably C$6. That will take care of you for five days and you've only spent C$22 (plus tax, IDK how your tax system works). That leaves you with a spare C$63 to spend on other stuff like soda and some fresh vegetables so you don't die of scurvy.

You should really be posting this on /ck/. They will give you much better food advice, like never cooking jalapenos with chicken due to the risk of sarin gas formation.

i have to do that on 17 rupees for life
>>
>>62817251
buy rice & beans and you can spend $10 however you want every day
>>
>>62817251
You can eat like a king with that money provided you can cook like any normal human should
>>
>>62817920
Agreed. I'll buy cheap chicken and ham from costco and dice them. Throw those in with some rice, and allow frozen veggies to steam on top. Makes a lot of food for cheap
>>
>>62817251
you can buy a whole large pizza from a shitty chain every day with that kind of money
you should easily be able to last a week with $120 of groceries and a freezer
>>

it can work
your body needs money, and your head needs some of that money to make sure they both can do this again together
so just incase they both have to go through this again together for say another consecutive "20 days" over and over until you're either dead or make another one of your bodyheads who gets it right. then we're done(?)
if you're busy go at it you know what to do
only drop a line if it is really your choice. there's no choice.
