The problem isn't the free market, it's men who have the resources being embarrassed to admit that balding sucks and committing to ending it.

If a single one of those billionaires who got less-than-convincing hair transplants (I'm looking at you, Elon Musk) committed to serious funding of a research programs for follicle regeneration we'd have this cracked in a decade. Elon won't even talk about his surgery in public.

Yet again, men are blaming everyone else for a problem they COULD fix, they're just embarrassed to do it.
