Holy fucking shit. Ripple just yesterday received their final approval for a national bank charter. Same day, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is added to Ripple's Swell as the featured headline speaker. In just the past few weeks:

OCC National Bank Charter final approval

Treasury Secretary joins their yearly event as the featured headline speaker.

Ripple used in Singapore’s BLOOM initiative with the central banks of Malaysia and Thailand as policymaker members. The project also includes Visa, Mastercard, and the World Bank Group. It focuses on cross-border payments using regulated stablecoins and tokenized deposits. Ripple is testing RLUSD on the XRP Ledger for trade payments.

Aviva Investors launched tokenized share classes of its funds on the XRP Ledger. This includes a share class of its £22 billion Sterling Liquidity Fund. Aviva seeded approximately £50 million into the new class. Aviva plc is the UK’s largest diversified insurer with group assets under management of roughly £450-480 billion.

Cross River Bank (which X Money uses) integrated RLUSD into its core operating system. The partnership enables 24/7 settlement on the XRP Ledger alongside traditional payment rails.
Ripple Treasury expanded its always-on tools. Corporate clients can earn returns on idle funds, including RLUSD. Named users include American Airlines and Subway.

Evernorth, a Ripple-backed company, began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN. It holds approximately 473 million XRP. It is deploying the treasury with partners that include Coinbase and Kraken.

And this is all just the build up to Swell, not even announcements from/during it. The IMF are speaking, the International Continental Exchange (parent or the NYSE), two State Street speakers, Franklin Templeton, BlackRock, BNY Mellon, CME Group, Amazon AWS, Mastercard, Visa, TD Securities, Robinhood, Polymarket, the FBI, PEAK6, Susquehanna, Broadridge, Tradeweb, Coinbase etc. all speakers. Meanwhile the OCC and executive branch (SEC, CFTC, Treasury, etc.) in general are filling out missing regulatory pieces to allow crypto in financial services with the Counselor to the Secretary of the Treasury emphasizing in quote tweet of the Under Secretary of International Affairs at the Treasury's tweet saying that "while in Hong Kong I met with representatives of Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, BNY Mellon, Citi, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley and State Street to discuss Asia-Pacific US-China relations...(now the part Judy emphasized) We also discussed the U.S. international economic agenda and financial services issues, including digital assets." Judy goes on to add "Great meeting focusing on the dollar's role and economic security." OCC are pushing community banks to issue stablecoins approaching the deadline and because Clarity did not pass they are able to offer yield and also XRP is the only other asset with official adjudicated non-security status except for BTC. Institutions are not waiting and are building onchain and once crypto market structure is tried later, the banks will have a LOT less leverage to revoke current industry-wide practices like the yield given they will not be able to lie about hypotheticals of what could happen etc. and the executive branch is carving out a much more favorable foundation of practice for crypto. It is actually happening and XRP is uniquely positioned to prosper within it.

“We’re moving past the initial issuance of assets onchain – now, it’s all about making these tokenized assets usable for payments and collateral across financial markets,” said Monica Long, President of Ripple. “With BNY, we’re connecting the necessary components of financial infrastructure on the XRP Ledger so institutions can move from holding digital assets to using them within capital markets and trade finance seamlessly.”

“Future market infrastructure will deliver connectivity across payments, liquidity, collateral and securities, driven by architected bridges between traditional scaled systems and always-on blockchain technology,” said Carolyn Weinberg, Chief Innovation and Market Transformation Officer at BNY. “In collaboration with Ripple, we are working to shape a more continuous, efficient and resilient financial system, paving the way for broader institutional adoption.”

Both initiatives aim to support more efficient payments, settlement and collateral workflows over time.

Ripple and BNY also intend to advance tokenized trade finance on the XRPL, subject to client requirements. Tokenized trade finance uses blockchain technology to digitally represent existing trade finance assets, such as receivables, with the potential to broaden investor access and simplify how those assets are managed and distributed. As a first step toward this ambition, Ripple and BNY are exploring a supply chain finance initiative with C2FO.

“We’ve spent years building a platform that gives businesses more information and control over their working capital. The next opportunity is to make the financial infrastructure behind our marketplace as efficient and connected as the experience we’ve created for customers,” said Ragui Selwanes, President & COO Americas at C2FO. “Working with Ripple and BNY and leveraging XRPL…"

Ripple USD (RLUSD) will be a key stablecoin across Robinhood’s digital asset ecosystem, expanding access to the enterprise-grade stablecoin for both retail and institutional use. RLUSD is live today on Robinhood Chain and Bitstamp by Robinhood, and is expected to be available later this year in the Robinhood app. Robinhood will leverage RLUSD on the XRPL for institutional settlement, extending the stablecoin’s utility across Bitstamp by Robinhood’s growing institutional business.

Robinhood will integrate Ripple Treasury to modernize and automate its global treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, payments, risk management and intercompany netting.

The partnership also extends across institutional markets through Ripple Prime, building on an existing relationship between the companies across financing, liquidity and market access. Ripple Prime provides Bitstamp by Robinhood with lending and margin financing across roughly 20 digital assets and gives Ripple Prime clients access to trade spot on Bitstamp. Later in the year Ripple Prime will support perpetual futures trading on Bitstamp.

“What makes our partnership with Robinhood so exciting is the breadth of what we're building together,” said Monica Long, President, Ripple. “From bringing RLUSD to retail and institutional markets to helping Robinhood manage its own treasury operations, this partnership reflects growing institutional demand for integrated solutions that support both customer-facing offerings and core financial operations. And that's exactly where Ripple delivers.”

“Utility is what moves stablecoins forward. Working with Ripple, Bitstamp and Robinhood will have access to RLUSD for institutional settlement, Ripple Treasury for our operations, and Ripple Prime for financing,” said Johann Kerbrat, SVP & GM of Robinhood Crypto and International.

The only relevant reply to this thread. Ripple executives continue to enrich themselves via coordinated escrow dumps every time that good news breaks. Shit tier asset, and I say this as someone profitably invested since 2019.

>At another conference last week, Garlinghouse recalled, “This guy from Morgan Stanley was interviewing me, I said ‘So, is Morgan Stanley going to use the JPM Coin?’ And he said ‘probably not.’ So, well is Citi going to use the JPM Coin? Is BBVA? Is PNC? And the answer is no.”

Brad Scamminghouse spent years arguing that banks wouldnt use each othe’s tokens. Now Ripple has its own stablecoin, RLUSD and a trust bank. What makes Ripples tokens any different?

Investors literally celebrated the escrow lockup. Unlike Sirgay, they do not sell to retail and escrow is outside their control fully automated and often locked back up. It is used to fund the by far most successful corporate advocate for any token of any crypto project and their sales are less than .5% of volume. Literally hard to think of a better value in any market.
>>62822836
The xsg XRP average is literally up hundreds of percent.I bought at .17.
>>62822843
Retard. Them not using JPM Coin is the point. No one wants to hold the others' risk for no reason. Your own argument contradicts itself claiming RLUSD as viable in this way. XRP's core DLT-insular use case is bringing value onchain to to bridge value between hundreds of similar and differently denominated assets and stablecoins. It is the only asset onchain that will ever be neutral and without counterparty and is used as default to autobridge in virtually every case. JPM Coin is a private token. In that time period everyone was assuming the private model would win but instead it was tried and abandoned. XRP is a public token. Literally dedicating your life to hating something you never learned the 101 of.
>>
>>62823473
>Retard. Them not using JPM Coin is the point. No one wants to hold the others' risk for no reason.

Then why would a bank use RLUSD or XRP lmao? By your own logic, banks dont want exposure to another entitys liabilities or unnecessary risk. RLUSD carries issuer and counterparty risk, while XRP exposes them to volatility. XRPL is a public ledger, but XRPs supply was privately allocated at inception. A public network doesnt make a centrally allocated token neutral.

You cant argue banks wont use each others tokens because of risk, then pretend Ripples tokens are somehow exempt from that logic, faggot piece of shit.
>>
>>62822274
lmao even
>>
>>62823661
These xrp niggers still dont know they will just atomic swap each others tokens. XRP not needed.
>>
>>62823661
Are you actually retarded? I literally explicitly answered this XRP is a public permissinless chain with no clawback or solvency risk etc. There are times when business partners will want onchain institution grade dollar denominated collateral issued on the public chain but banks will largely issue their own in-house stablecoins and XRP bridges them all as well as other issued assets and stablecoin denominations with no counterparty and liquidity across the whole through it between everything not needing to form and fund trading pairs in multiple markets unnecessarily and at huge waste and inconvenience. This is LITERALLY 101 of XRP's thesis and not remotely complicated.
