What's the reason of dead job market?
>>
>>62833396
Interesting that it was already obviously declining before the wuf flu. Were we all just destined to not have jobs and covid put that off for a few years?

Even before da coof automation and outsourcing were nipping at the heels of knowledge work. Most of the shit people are freaking out calling AI job loss are products that were in the pipeline before 2022. Plus Indians/Philipinos are good enough at English now that basic shit could be handed off to them. If anything GPT delayed the Knowledge shock by making Americans more productive per dollar spent in wages.

Everyone invests instead of creating business. That's it and only it, everything else is cope. Who would risk a business when they can invest on stocks or housing?
Where do they expect the jobs to come from the european union?

its illegal to do anything productive. post ww2 regime that controls the world is trying to stagnate all human progress

>employing people is harder and more risky than ever

why? what are the risks?
why wasn’t employing people as risky in the past?
where did these risks come from?

>Everyone invests instead of creating business. That's it and only it, everything else is cope. Who would risk a business when they can invest on stocks or housing?

why did this situation arise? a stock market bubble? a real estate bubble? has the stock market become unreasonable?

businesses used to be created somehow. i don't quite understand when and under what conditions that moment arrives when starting your own business becomes extremely risky, and people start investing in stocks and housing instead of building businesses.

The jews keep taking our money and the u.s. military hasn't stopped them yet. And now its getting to the point where we're all poor and cant afford to survive let alone drive to work because the military is a scam that takes all your money to defeat your enemies in return and then they just skip the part where they defend the country.

Even outside of creating business this post made me think of an article I read about how wealthy people in the past would put money in public spaces since they loved having their name on the “Suchandsuch Center” or Hospital etc, now wealthy people just want to make the big number bigger
>>
>>62840101
Well its also cheaper just to buy stuff online from China than to make or do anything here in the US. Or to buy things at a big box store instead of specialty stores.

Thanks obama!

It's been tough finding work...

Wealthy people in the past understood that the health of their host nation was what let them enjoy their wealth in peace and not get captured and cannibalized by the neighboring nation's wealthy people in the event of a war or revolution. Modern richfags are all globohomo and have no love for the nations they came from, and they all plant o retreat to New Zealand in immortal cyborg bodies to ride out the mass-starvation of the jeetified home countries they destroyed to make number go up.
They will fail and die miserably because they don't understand high tech life requires high functioning society, of course, but that's their current plan.

>what’s the reason?
>They over hired after Covid layoffs, boosted by free or very cheap loans.
>The need for new software development plateaued.
>AI was an excuse to layoff the excess hires while eliminating any bargaining chip employees could’ve had eg don’t expect a raise, AI can replace you so be happy to get what you can.
>Now loans are expensive as fuck ad oil is putting pressure on everything
>>
>>62840101
This too. Cash-rich business are now in the business of financializing and no longer interested in providing goods or services.

>why? what are the risks?
bureaucracy, taxation, litigation
>why wasn’t employing people as risky in the past?
federal regulations went nuts in the 60s/70s, not saying OSHA is terrible and should be abolished but payroll tax, workmans comp, and all kinds of shit makes paying someone $25 an hour (which is barely enough to get by today) costs the employer way more than just that $25/hr
>where did these risks come from?
partially utopian visions of a welfare state and workers rights being given by the state rather than through union contracts, partially because large businesses can make competing against them very difficult by making the barrier to entering the market extremely high and the barrier to expanding within the market even higher so even if someone does start to compete with them, they just buy them out. also it's hard to compete with a company that outsources entire sectors of its operations to people who work for a fraction of what an american worker costs.

unironically this probably should have been all of the west. its just most of us, our parents and grandparents didnt get the memo.

>What's the reason of dead job market?
Theres less of a need for human labor as more automation is implemented.

I mean if you could get rid of 250 million indians, wouldn't you?
Can't blame the guy for trying
Just like he can't blame any of the smart countries for saying 'no'

shekelstein's paradox: employing people is too risky and it barely makes any money to run a business but i would NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER get a job as an employee.
