In a healthy community, 10% of the population can work toward improving the quality, the 90% is going to be the welfare animals. It is what any firm is going to accept to be functional.

With men it's quite the opposite except for the usual suspects. At any business you can increase efficiency for around 20% by exclusively working with men. And that figure includes the fuck up men, which are even worse than average female. It's the competent men who care all females, the usual suspects and the fuckup men.
