The market basically thinks that the Dems stopping datacenters actually saves big tech companies. According to the market big tech is in some lunatic circular finance scheme and science fiction groupthink trap. And the voters are inadvertently putting financial discipline on the map

>Thoughts about SPCX? Will the new paradigm have an effect on the rocket company?

Major technology states like Texas facing potential data center moratoria or grid power limits, the physical constraints of training and running AI on earth might peak

Having said that even the Dems love NASA which is entirely dependent on the Starship Human Landing System (HLS) for the Artemis III and IV lunar missions. And SPCX could launch space-based, solar-powered data centers linked by high-capacity laser mesh networks.

It all depends on heavy launch spaceflights which SPCX holds a monopoly on right now. Do they rally try to rebuild all that with another company just to spite Elon Musk?

Chips are still bought out until like 2040 or whatever, it takes 90 years to make new fabs, they're literally making as much money as is possible and there will never be any real competition. >"hardware curse"
The market is full of people who are literally retarded who believe software can scale infinitely but hardware can't, who refuse to believe the era of "i made a app on my phone" is over. You have tons of armchair finance experts calling the 'top of the cycle' who don't seem to fathom that micron never had p/e compression in 2000, it was a massive 1000 p/e overvalued shitcoin. There is also a bunch of retarded "apple is software" shit even though they are explicitly a phone company going on here with massive repair costs associated with the Duo.

The market isn't just irrational, the market is literally retarded.

I'm not a political brained fag
i don't care about politics or support any politicians

I'm concerned however about the luddites gaining control of several states,
states with heavy data centre presence and planned presence, Texas, Georgia, not sure where else

this seems like a huge problem,
they effectively banned nuclear energy in the 1970s and it led to 50 years of technological stagnation. They banned human genetic engineering in the 90s. All huge problems that stifled technological progress.

are they going to do the same thing again with AI? I don't underestimate human pettiness and perceived self interest, and if humans felt it were in their self interest they would bring technological innovation to a screeching halt. Just to preserve bullshit jobs.

the one good thing about Trump is that he's a techno accelerationist.

Let's count the chickens that are hatched already. There's a language calculator now. If you picked it up, then found out a constructive purpose for it besides bonking another grug on the head with it before putting it back down, then maybe all we have control over is showing another how we use it to not end each other, or even stay how we are, but to grow and make more calculator users. All those worries you mentioned seem to be checks against growth of human intelligence. I get it, I'm not a fan of that either. I'm a glutton for intelligence. A little greasy but apparently had its place and time appropriately, for both me and the checks. If there's a place and time for this one, then it is what it is and will be now won't it.

That's what I use calculators for anyway, to make sure me and another person who thinks about numbers completely differently from me can agree on something so we can find another number later, separately or together, whichever the competition leads to. I've done a lot of productive work with people who say 2 + 2 = 4, and 2 + 2 = 5. Little details just don't bother me. Maybe it's just that both those people seemed to only see it as a binary was the issue.

While it's a very good source of energy you're always a single retard, or fucked valve, or natural disaster or cracked pipe or sudden power surge or some jeet not following protocol from complete fucking disaster.
No thanks. Even if they figure out a way to have a completely closed loop reactor I guarantee you something retarded would go wrong and then you have a multi generation cleanup on your hands.
