My Grokbot’s computer has been stuck in a partial state for over a week. It’s based on my account, other accounts work fine. There is no support number to call, no chat to use. Just submitting bug report tickets into a void

Yes the grok chat part of it works, it’s specifically the Grokbot cloud computer which is fucked and by association all the bots because they run on that cloud. Update says to check my connection, it’s fine, reset just says”couldn’t finish”
