I live pretty close to this con. Not sure if i'm going this year. They just keep getting more expensive. All that's really there is generic game vendors and some arcade games you would have found at the mall 10 years ago. you can walk around the entire venue and see everything in less then an hour.

Not many people cosplay to this thing either, I went the last 2 years in a row. The only real thing for me to do is play older fighting games i've been good at my entire life and just beat randoms.

$100 is definitely too much but at least parking is free. If you get a panel you get a free badge. Doesn't help its around FIFA time. Its not so much about the games being there but having people all around to experience it with. And it does have indie games to try that are unique to it.
I see quite a lot of cosplays so I am not sure about that either. They have cosplay guests.

Yeah, its just not worth it for me. I'd just be another old out of shape guy walking around alone awkwardly. I don't think i'm ever coming back to this con. Its not even really a party con anyway where I can at least go back to some room party and hang out.

I'll be going Saturday and Sunday since I live in the area (kind of, still far enough away that I'll be staying at a hotel).
The main reason I go to TooManyGames is to play arcade games and try some of the indie games.
