It's Memorial Day weekend and there isn't a general grilling thread up?
Come on. Look at this steak I grilled
>>

Its Wednesday man. Try again soon.
>>
It’s gonna be shitty weather this weekend and I’m too lazy to cook, will be getting takeout
>>
>>22029442
It looks OK. I'm not really a big fan of those steak seasonings. Montreal steak seasoning can suck my dick. S & P for me get rekt.

After 16 years, I had to retire my old Weber. She served me well. Got a new one today, gonna smoke some ribs and do some burgers later.
>>
>>22032064
Sounds good anon, when was your weber made? I have a Weber from the 80s that's fine and my gas grill is too and that's mid 00s. What was the issue that killed it?
I'm doing ribs for M-day myself.
Pork prep em let em sit in dry rub a few hours than foil wrap gently, splash (like a spoon ful) of apple juice on the grill aroudn 350 for an hour every 15 mins another spoon of AJ.

It warped out from abuse and harsh midwest winters and summers. I never took it in. She served me well.
>>
>>22032064
I've got a... Masterbilt? from like 2016 that I'm still using. Still works okay, same story: sits outside in the midwest. That $50 was worth it I'd say, heh heh.
>>
>>22032486
Ah ok, mine lived outside uncovered in South East PA, I use the gas one (wired to NG in our home) all winter. Something about grilling in the winter is pretty kino. I hope you have a great holiday anon.

They're crawfish for what I assume will be a crawfish boil. They're like small, dense, shrimp and the boil is usually spicy with corn and potatoes.
They're so good, but only in crawfish country.
GODDAMN I MISS MY UNCLE
>>
>>22032580
Shrimps is like one big piece of meat. Crawfish have a little itty bitty meat.
>>
>>22032585
dont forget the delicious brain goo
>>
>>22032064
Glad to see I'm not the only one with a ridiculous dent in the bottom of their charcoal chimney.
>>
>>22032585
I called them small didn't I?
I think their meat has a more dense texture

>>22032589
I love that flavor soaked brain goo, I just don't want to grow people out before they even try it!
