Changed it up a bit for my personal tastes. So we have spaghetti, Skyline chili from the can, some light red kidney beans, grilled onions, and sharp cheddar. I know the cheese is wrong but sharp > mild and I don't need the huge mountain that Skyline does and I don't wanna shred it myself.Got some light sour cream and the Skyline hot sauce too. That hot sauce really does work well with this. The sour cream I could probably take or leave. None of those oyster crackers because they're quite unnecessary in my opinionAnyway, delicious. Thinking of trying this with different pasta shapes, different chili etc. Recommendations?

>>22030352Cincinnati chili rocks, I'm glad you are enjoying it. I like macaroni or rigatoni noodles with it as well as spaghetti. You might also consider serving it on a potato product, Skyline restaurants offer chili baked potatoes and chili fries. Personally, I like to make chili cheese tater tots at home, if you get them crispy the chili gets into all the crevices.
