I got some german sourdough from lidl. First thing I noticed was how hard it was..
What’s the point of making bread so hard?

You know, lidl bread is made somewhere else, frozen and shipped there where they warm it up, the entire bakery they have in lidl is mostly for show, it's also not real sourdough
