persian food must be the most overrated cuisine, its basically a fusion of turkish, arabic and indian cuisine but without the spices and flavors that makes those cuisines good.but atleast it looks tasty i'll give them that

>>22033350>persian food… [is] basically a fusion of turkish, arabic and indian cuisine[s]Sorta, but you have it reversed. Persian food heavily influenced those other cuisines but the other way around is fairly minimal. >without the spices and flavorsYeah, kinda. I honestly don't care for Iranian food much, either, but if you're implying it lacks spices, that's not accurate. It uses different, generally less punchy spices than those other cuisines tend to use, is all.I hate Turkish and Arabic food and as far as Indian cuisine goes, it's too varied to make a verdict one way or the other. It's basically 137 different cuisines under one headline (and the majority of it is variously coloured goop). What Persian food have you had? I like those rice flour cookies. Those are nice.
>>22033350Iranian food rules. Koobideh, gormehsabzi, that crispy rice stuff, oof. It's in my top 5 international cuisines for sure.
>>22033350I mostly agree but I love saffron so I rate Persian
