What type of soups are we having this summer? (or winter for our antipodean friends)
>>22033503Cold spicy miso ramen from a local place. So good. I take the leftover broth home and do cold ramen there too.
>>22033503HOLY GUACAMOLE!
>>22033503Imagine the piss
Gazpacho obviously
>>22033503That's a good thread.Last week I had zucchini soup with mint and lemonTomorrow I am having Gazpacho.Next week, all bets are off.
The profoundly humble pureed white beans and store brand msg cubes
>>22033503hot + sour soup with noodles and tinned salmonbreddy gud
I've really taken to creamy blended root vegetable soup which I suspect I'll keep making throughout the winterI use things like:>potato>turnip>leek>carrot>sweet potato>parsnip>celery>onion>garlic
Pee and ham
>>22034444I suggest kohlrabi, it's quite underrated.
>>22033503I almost never eat soup. it's really just a bowl of water with some small amount of actual food in it.I mainly make chili and thick stews.
>>22033503>humbleFuck you, OP. Everything else was cringe too.
>>22034743fuck you
>>22033503A place near me makes a really good cold carrot curry puree soup when they're in season. Waiting for that
>>22034865sounds interesting I’d try it
>>22033503I don't see the point in separating types of soup. I pick the top 5 phytonutrient rich vegetables I have, boil them with chicken meat on bone, add glutamate, herbs and spices, and then blend. I call it "soup". Current "soup" is beets, parsley root, cabbage, onion, carrot. Soon dried aronia berries will arrive and so I will also add those.
>>22036268you sound like a pedantic little faggot to be honest
>>22036283You sound like someone who dumps a stick of butter into a soup
