why cant we move on from brioche? sloppy joe doesnt need such a sweet bun but there's literally no other option that doesnt tank in quality. there should be a nice soft airy bun that isnt so sweet as brioche, but still yeasty and bready and nice.

some milk breads might be alright. i had it on a pain au lait roll before and idk if they just baked it wrong or what but it was too dense and didnt get sloppy at all. you need some sloppage
