I've been watching this British retard eat all sorts of different tinned fish. They all seem outrageously expensive per can (the one in the video pic related is from was 10 quid, which is like, what, 17 dollars?) and I am wondering how a market sustains itself off those prices. I am also wondering if this sort of shit is something you could sustain yourself on. I can't imagine there is more than two hundred calories, maybe two fifty in a regular tin since it's all just fish and a small smattering of vegetables at times. Even if you're taking the ludicrous price points on the chin, it doesn't seem feasible to subsist off these. I am wondering about that because it has only recently occurred to me that I don't even know if canned food in general has enough calories in the average can to keep someone going. They seem like a double trick, where even the cheapest canned dog shit like Campbells is still extremely expensive for what it is, and then the total calories per container are functionally starvation tier.

This offensively ugly fish-smelling Brit has a wife and a dog and I don’t.
>>
>>22034387
He also has a kid. He mentioned in a video a while back that his wife was 7-months pregnant. What's you're excuse?
>>
>>22034387
he's tall

There's a market for gourmet tinned fish. Probably sounds odd but some of them can be pretty pricey and in some places it's not seen as inferior to fresh, just different. There are cheaper ones but I don't think most people want to watch someone review something cheap that most people could try without worrying about the price.

Just straight personalitymogged.

He's like 5'8" at best. Face it man, you're just a bad person and don't deserve love.
>>
He's not "ugly" in British standards. He's not an Adonis but realistically, only a few people are. If women in Britain had to put their standards just on looks they would have died out ages ago.
>>
>>22034378
He showed up on my feed a few days ago also. The algorithm is obnoxiously Jewish.

good lord I am not reading all that

>tfw no gf waaah
Here is what you do
>have low inhibition (retards have it naturally, you might need to get drunk)
>go to clubs, bars, etc (which you don't)
it's that simple
>>
>>22034378
The market sustains itself because canned fish lasts so much longer than regular fish.
A fresh fish you need to sell before it rots so you need to drop the price low
A tinned fish you can attempt to sell to some sucker for years
>>
>>22034447
Is that why your women are obsessed with us
>>
>>22034378
It's like asking why people would review different chocolate bars. Different quality, different flavors, some countries make things unique to their culture, etc.

Are you stupid?

Bongistan has VAT tax. Oi, m8, yew's gotta pay tax when the fish is caught, when the fish is processed, when the fish is canned, when the fish is transferred to a distributor, when the fish is transferred from the distributor to the grocer, and when the fish is sold from the grocer to the customer. Then there's the sewer tax for when the fish is shit out by the customer into his toilet.

The tax itself isn't the only problem, though; every step of the way, the businesses have to pay accountants to figure out all that tax shit. It's a truly insane tax system that only Europeans and their hangers-on seem to love.

But I guess somebody's gotta pay for their "free healthcare" and that person is everyone.

>(the one in the video pic related is from was 10 quid, which is like, what, 17 dollars?)
$13.50 at the price right fucking now. Depends on whether that's pre-VAT or post-VAT, though, I think VAT is 20% there so could add another $2.70 to the price, which would be $16.20.

Yeah, I made the mistake of buying "Fishwife" brand smoked rainbow trout from Costco a while ago (it was on sale, at least). Not only is it bland as fuck with not a hint of smoke flavor, it also doesn't even fill up the tiny can -- lots of space on each side, lots of space to the top. Filled with oil, which is positive for flavor but negative for getting oil everywhere when I open the tin up. Overall very much not worth it.

Did you know that there are photography studios catering to "influencers" which have "fake private jet" sets just so these bimbos can get photoshoots done where they're "partying on a private jet"?

Well, if you didn't, you do now.

Yes. Fish goes bad INSANELY FAST (fishy is the term we use for bad fish). So it has to be canned super quick and then it turns into a "superfood" that lasts for years. People pay this because of the oils n shit in fish.

And of course there is a quality curve to tinned fish. Cheap shit tastes like crap, expensive shit may taste way better. I got some tinned smoked salmon from pike place - that shit was like $20/can (40/lb) and it was fucking delicious.

Preppers love it because it adds some key nutrition to keep you alive for mixing with the dried dog food they keep on shelves. Plus they are packed in oil some times, and that oil has MANY uses. Cooking oil, candles, etc.

Anyway, you pay for convenience and quality. Tinned fish is stupid easy to crack open, slap in salads and on crackers, and boom lean meat flavored in whatever oil/seasoning mix in diet with the omega3s shit. No need to fish in the local poop river nearby (if you even have that!).

Dementia patient snapping lucid for one second flat and saying this instead of the combination for the safe
