Probably the least served area of food is burgers right now - fast food is all slop, restaurants have meh ones, and no one really stands out as having a good proper burger. But being owned by private equity means cost cutting will prevent long term success dominating the burger space. Oh! Rebrand as a skewer place! Skewers aren't really a thing in America, but they could innovate here to become a thing. Make em cheap, make em in a dozen+ flavors, have beef/chicken/fish options and do it over charcoal. Perfect to sell with beer/alcohol. Fill out a menu with that, like fry baskets and shit, bowls of rice, etc.
