I used to have a bottle of kikoman soi sauce that was old as fuck. Who knows how old it was. The soi sauce had become extra thick and dehydrated. To the point where, when I bought a new bottle, I was suspicious of kikoman changing their formula or watering their soy sauce down. But yeah now that its gone I prefer the hyper concentrated soi sauce. I think it was a secret ingredient that made my fried rice slap extra hard

based. orange blossom and mint waters as well, and jasmine extract.

however in general it's mulling spices. they work fantastic when combined with cajun seasoning or even just garlic and cayenne pepper. try mulling spices, garlic, and cayenne when frying bacon and season generously with cracked black pepper and salt. salt, of course, also goes well to balance chocolate and caramel when making sweets.
