lol Noooo, not quite.....

It's because I break my fast today! So I didn't have three ice cream sandwiches, but that's okay; I substituted one with a Johnny Pop instead. Really, really good. I don't have anymore activia, so I used the same yogurt as last time, but added vanilla extract. I also ate a store bought blueberry scone and one plain cake donut. I haven't eaten my orange yet. I did drink my glass of milk, orange juice, and apple juice.

I went to this Detroit style pizzeria yesterday as well as a Korean donut shop, but didn't eat any, and saved them for today. These are :
Two slices of
Sweet Italian Sausage, Brick Cheese, Aged Provolone, Sharp White Cheddar, Ricotta Cream Cheese, Buffalo Milk Mozzarella & Fresh Mozzarella, Parmesan Reggiano, Basil and Tomato Sauce

One slice of
Liguria Pepperoni, Old World Cup n Char Pepperoni, Brick Cheese, Aged Provolone, Sharp White Cheddar, Ricotta Cream Cheese, Buffalo Milk Mozzarella & Fresh Mozzarella, Parmesan Reggiano, Basil and Tomato Sauce

One Korean style corn dog
half & half - half cheddar/ half hot dog(one full hot dog), covered in crushed ramen.

I reheated them in the oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.

I have been fasting six days a week, every week, drinking only water and only eating on Sundays since Lent started in February. I weighed 230 this morning and I expect to be at 240 by tonight. I've lost 90 lbs and have 70 more pounds to go for my goal weight of 160.

Here's my main meal for the day.

EGGS
EGGS
EGGS

These are three eggs over-easy with kelbasa sausage, three eggs with pork chorizo(store was out of beef chorizo), three eggs with breakfast sausage, and 6 biscuits. The big block of cheese is sartori cabernet sauvignon bellavitano, one pound. Fucking love bellavitano cheese. Top three favorite cheese easily.

I have 12 more biscuits, 32 more eggs, 2 pounds of breakfast sausage, a pound of chorizo, and two pound of kelbasa left, so lets see how the day plays out! I also have a papa johns pan pizza with bacon, green peppers, and onions, stuffed crust cheese pizza, cheesesticks, and brownies coming soon™.

Now.

Confession time. So I didn't eat all of my soup last week, nor did I even touch the noodles. I ate too much at the food truck carnival. Here is some deep-fried shrimp sushi I ate. So tasty. The flower was a nice touch and only cost my 15 dollars.

Here's a plate of doner that I got from a turkish food truck. I saw the vertical spit, but didn't take a picture. This came with lamb, rice, a falafel, pita bread, greens, sauce, and hummus. Pretty good overall.

no idea but i have 300gr of chicken with the expiration date being 23-05
can i still eat it? it still looks and smells normal
>>
>>22035340
Allah gave you eyes and a nose for a reason.
If it looks fine and smells fine guess what?
It’s fine.
>>
>>22035340
Yes. If you still feel that worried about it, you could freeze it for a night to kill off any potential germs, thaw it, and then use it immediately.
>>
>>22035100
goon all day sunday
>>
>>22035172
That’s a beast of a meal, I bet you could take on some food challenges on your eating days. As you get closer to your goal weight will you adjust back to eating daily?
>>
>>22035535
freezing doesn't kill bacteria, it won't do anything that cooking wouldn't already do. since it smells/looks fine it's likely still okay, but if it starts to smell spoiled then there isn't really much you can do

Pshhh, no I wish. It is an impressive amount of food, but I have to spread it across the entire day. I eat once I wake up until midnight, but I almost immediately feel full with the meal I eat when I break my fast and it takes me an hour to eat. After that, I'm babying my other meals for 1-2 hours at a time, and with that, I have to take another 1-2 hour break in between since my stomach feels bloated, gassy, and stuffed. Only once I hit my goal weight and even then, I probably will only eat one meal a day or every other day.

Freezing DOES kill bacteria. Not all of it, but enough to warrant it as a viable method for ease of mind regarding questionable expired food. Though you are correct that cooking is a much better method for killing bacteria on/in food and once spoiled, is unusable.

A lot of it is the fact I can't guzzle down my food quickly. I have to take tiny bites because
A.) I haven't used my teeth/jaw like that in a week, so it's rigid, stiff, and hurts sometimes
B.) My stomach cannot handle big chunks of food coming in at once
C.) My throat hurts and food gets caught if I don't chew it down to an almost liquid paste,
hence the need for smaller/easier/softer bites of food

>>22035100
No Chick-fil-a, sir?

No, that's not how it works. Freezing does not kill bacteria and you can look up info for that pretty easily. It just makes them go dormant and they stop multiplying, so the bacteria count won't grow but it's not going down either. You might be thinking of parasites which freezing can kill, but it requires temperatures lower than what home freezers will get to.
