>>22035107Cured meat is not good for your gut in long term, especially if you buy it from hypermarket, replace it with steak, or if you are on budget take bacon instead. Also not enough eggs, 3 eggs is bare minimum for an adult, i would eat at least 4 to 6 daily, eggs are a super food and your body wil thank you for that. When it comes to the bowl of nuts n berries, why not add yoghurt instead of the milk? Yoghurt is way more nutritious and would make more sense in taste to eat it with nuts n fruits. Also if you are on keto u should eat more fats otherwise u will starve. Best addition to your eggs would be a whole avocado or half, drizzled with EVO oil that way u get some fibers healthy fats. And if you don't like avocado, add butter to ur eggs, and for fiber some sauerkraut.Other than that anon, you seem to be eating healthier than most people nowadays, good job. But improve it and be more healthy with ur diet.

>>22035458Once a week, otherwise just yogurt, but I should keep it yogurt only. Am not fat just want to boost cognitive abilities
>>22036403>Am not fat just want to boost cognitive abilitiesLimiting refined carbs can probably boost cognitive abilities but there isn't really any reason to limit all carbs. Your brain can use up over 100g of carbs per day. Milk and fruit don't spike your blood sugar and cause various issues like refined starch and sugar can. If you want more possible cognitive boosts then make sure you're not low in any nutrients. Omega 3 and iron are things that a lot of people could probably benefit from having a bit more of in their diets.
>>22036430So, more fish, then?
>>22037450If you want. Dairy and some nuts/seeds are a good source of omega 3 although it's mostly just ALA and you probably still need more of the other forms EPA/DHA. Mussels are a good source for shellfish if you don't want salmon or sardines or fish like that. You could take fish oil supplements. There are also algae oil supplements but you have to make sure they contain EPA and DHA since some of them only have one.
