is this too much for 8 people? I want enough for a feast level slopfest and to have some leftovers too, but not so much we are throwing shit out after a few days. any changes you'd recommend?
>2 order rangoons
>2 order dumplings
>8 egg rolls
>beef fried rice
>shrimp fried rice
>pork fried rice
>combo lo mein
>general tso chicken
>orange chicken
>beef with garlic sauce
>pepper steak onion
>hunan pork
>shrimp with garlic sauce

forgot to mention, everything besides the appetizers are quart sized.

Crab rangoons are only good if they're not burnt. If they've not changed the fryer fat recently, they're all brown and hard. Not good.

You're forgetting the fried noodle side my good man.

I think that's pretty solid for 8 people. Only thing I'd change is that, you have three orders of fried rice and only one order of lo mein. I'd do two fried rice and two lo mein instead. I fucking love lo mein. Keep the shrimp and pork fried rice. Do the combo lo mein and a beef lo mein.

personally i wouldn't get so much fried rice since it all more or less tastes the same, and would include some white steamed rice as an option as well as possibly sub the orange chicken with sesame, get sweet and sour chicken with the sauce, and change one of the beefs to mongolian. if they have the shrimp with the white sauce and walnuts, that's always solid. oh, and some egg drop soup. most places seem to fuck up wonton or hot and sour, but egg drop is universal.

this anon is right, they often are burnt. have you been to this place before? american chinese food quality can vary wildly. if you haven't, half of this might be completely inedible. the rice is the worst offender for that.

this anon is right too, it should be half rice half noodles to cover all your bases.
