My tofu has a weird spot.. Is this normal, or bad?It's Jadeite brand soft tofu. Expiration date on pack is next month. The rest of the tofu is white and it smells normal, but at this little smushed crease on the edge there is some weird brown. Is it weird? Is it bad?
Its always possible that some mishap happens at the factory and bacteria gets inif its brand new the bacteria just hasnt had time to spread
