Yeah yeah, making your own broth or stock from scratch is going to be better. No other store bought stock or bouillon compares.

powdered bouillon is better for 99% of application. you can use it wet or dry. you can get more for the same price..
you cant really use your product to season fries or fried rice or anything like that.
reminder that professional chefs (even your pseudo-mythical french chefs) just use bouillon.
i used to use your product a lot but the more the price increases and the more i think about, I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

If the ingredients are acceptable and it actually tastes above okay then price shouldn't be a topic of discussion. The problem in most cases isn't even the price but quality. I'm always willing to pay extra but hardly anyone makes the effort of producing something to be proud of.

>then price shouldn't be a topic of discussion
yes it should, and it always is, whether you're a home cook or a commercial kitchen. you can have two comparable things that have acceptable ingredients that both taste good (base and bouillon) but if i can get a pound of one for the same price as 8 oz of the other I'm going for the pound.
>you can't discuss our high prices because... you just can't, okay!!

Powdered booyon doesn't taste good like better than booyon though. BTB has a richness like real broth that no powdered booyon has.

In a commercial setting this is a necessity but say you want it for a special occasion and it does indeed taste better, not by much but enough to reflect the extra cost, would you still go for the cheaper option?
>>

i have used btb for probably 15 years and i have never noticed it tasting any better or different than a box of $1 broth or a cube of bouillon.
again, you also cant use btb in dry applications.
>>
>>22041785
Maybe you have defective taste buts
>>
Btb is a lot better than powdered bouillon and way more convenient than boxes of broth. You can keep btb in your fridge longer than it takes you to use a whole container and it takes up hardly any space.

>least obvious paid shill thread

>a paste made of highly concentrated salt, MSG, and Advanced Glycation End-Products (AGEs), blended with rancid oils

they're gonna "discover" that this shit causes colon cancer some day.
>>
>>22041785
where are you finding broth for 1 dollar? the cheapest shit they sell is like 3 dollars a carton / quart
>>
>>22041785
bullshit. I use BTB on everything because it's better than bullion. Maybe I'll try some of the fancier shit as a test, but I doubt it's better.
>>
>paid shills desperately trying to get more engagement in this dead thread for their dead gimmick product

Best variant no contest

Tried the beef one. Nothing like the normal ones and also if "better" means it's got a lot of other bullshit taste in it that I didn't ask for, then I guess it's "better".

>I use Better Than Bouillon because it's "Better Than Bouillon"!
damn you're reading straight off the script, huh?
>>
>>22042381

This must be like the fish base because ive never seen it in stores
>>
>>22041785
>box of $1 broth
store brand broth and even the name brand broth tastes like nothing, because it's watered down to hell and back.
>>
>>22041605
Knor cubes are way better than this, taste wise. BtB tastes like diet.
>>
>>22041785
>uses btb for 15 years
>tastes the same as powdered bouillon
so... why? why bouither at all?
