I just acquired about a box full of deli Pastrami from Costco. Other than mustard on rye, what are some good condiments/ingredients I can add for some variety?

>>22041606Pastrami Burgers are GOATed. But for easy quick sandwiches, Swiss, Thousand Island and Sauerkraut.
>>22041610>california styleOn fire?
im sure any fresh roll will be great, but for prepackaged bread i really liked any of rudolph's bavarian bread for that type of meat
Pastrami cole slaw sandwich is king
I used it in spaghetti sauce once. It works real well, you just gotta watch the salt levels
>>22041606I want pastrami but made with pork
>>22041609Really?!Cmon really?
>>22041621But I make that for Reubens (Corned Beef)
>>22041606is it sliced?
>>22041806Yes. I dunno why it was just sitting on the lip of the dock but it was still cold so... seems fine. Into the freezer it goes.
>>22041826could do rueben turnovers
>>22041802Mayo is the undisputed king of sandwich condiments
>>22041852But that's corned beef. Also good too but this is Pastrami. >>22041854Then why isn't it used in a reuben? Mayo is something I put on cheap deli meat or to make a potato/pasta cold salad or deviled eggs.
>>22041606Gracias doctor.
>>22041900The sauce on a reuben is just fancied up mayo
>>22042005Russian dressing is just mayo?
Corned beef isn't Pastrami but also taken from the brisket. It takes more work and time to make Pastrami.
thanks doc

>>22042015Most Russian dishes are actually Belgian/Flemish or French - including caviar. Yes it's just mayo.
