Making Pea and Ham soup.
>>22042141>Splashback and bench is one homogeneous thingSweet, that coving is a nice aesthetic. Is it some sort of resin or a laminate?
Start by getting the bacon hock in the pressure cooker.
>>22042149That’s a big hock
Drain the peas so I can use the jug to make some Continental chicken stock. It’s my choice. >>22042152Kek
>>22042158This is NEVER gonna work! Just give up now!
Preperating the vegetables.
>>22042172If you dream it then you can believe it.
>>22042173What if you CUT yourself while chopping the vegetables? This was a mistake. You should have listened to your mother's advice and just eaten a tv dinner!
>>22042175Guys, we've got a huge update itt>it's like the carrot is OP's cock
>>22042152For you
>>22042180
>>22042177I made it through unscathed. It’s almost as if someone in this thread is watching over me.
>>22042187Yeah, well guess what. I bet your ham is gonna taste like BEEF. It'll be RUINED.
>>22042158Are those Knorr stockpots?
Found some thyme, bay leaves and celery salt. >>22042190Nothing but the best.
Leek and onion on the go.
>>22042193What will be be enjoying for our bead and wine selection this evening?
>>22042199Bread and wine? What am I, a fuckin millionaire?
Time to pour over the stock.
>>22042205I WAS EXPECTING BREAD AND WINE!
>>22042213I’ve got some sunflower and barley Vogels I could toast.
>>22042219Oh shit. Now it's like the BREAD is his cock.
>>22042223I see you’re student of comedy.
Bread and soup might be the ultimate combination. There's so many ways you can vary the type of soup and bread. Infinite combinations
The simmering has begun.
I have made a discovery.
>>22042219>>22042223>I've dwelt among the humans. Their entire culture is built around their penises. It's funny to say they are small, it's funny to say they are big. I've been at parties, where humans have held bottles, pencils, thermoses in front of themselves and called out "hey look at me! I'm Mr. so and so dick." "I've got such and such for a penis." I never saw it fail to get a laugh.
Everything looks nice and softened up. Time to blitz it smooth. Bacon hock will be done any minute now.
Just gave that a taste and even without the ham in it it’s good.
I’m not expert but that might be tender.
Time to cut this up and add it to the soup. Then season to taste.

Bacon the heat
Pea and ham soup
>>22042300Yummy. It's the ultimate comfort food.
>>22042300Excellent. Bit strange to not cook the ham in the soup first, but looks great
>>22042316I like to cook it tender enough that I can put some of the skin in it. It also makes it harder to stir than the hock is in there.
>>22042311Bot detected
>>22042316That's because Australians are the worst cooks in the entire world.
>>22042175Why do all the cooklets who spam low tier cook along threads always have little manlet baby nails?
>>22042344Only faggits and women have long nails, Twinkyboy.
Had a quick bowl earlier before I shot out to do a solid for someone. Back for another bowl with some toast this time.
I dont eat pork for religious reasons, but made a pea soup almost exactly like this with smoked turkey last night. Didn't blend it because I like the texture and added fresh mint and lemon juice.
>>22042265you lost me there
>>22042251>Implying on Venus it is any different>Hey look everyone, my two huge yaglors are made out teedlers! Ha. Ha. Ha!
>>22042440Based. Are pigs like your god or something?
>>22042141Monitoring because i have the same plans this weekend because life is wild after 30
>>22042144Pretty sure it's one of those molded polymer things. "Cultured marble" is what the building tradies call it, I think. I personally hate it, it's cheap looking.
>>22042265>>22042264>Time to blitz it smooth.I don't get it. Every time I've made split pea soup, everything turns to mush without using any sort of immersion blender. There might or might not be some chunks of onion and carrots that haven't dissolved into the general mush, but the texture is so indistinguishable as to make "blitzing" it unnecessary.
>>22042158It’s your style, your taste.
