Have you ever been to a vegetable auction? Have you ever grown or cooked anything for a contest?

Livestock.

Yes.

Yeah its called a grocery store or farmers market and I win the bid everytime. No, that sounds gay. I grow food for my family, like a normal good person does.

I would be interested to hear about it. What did you raise? Was it a fatty?
>>22044719
what do you grow? have you sold at a farmer's market? what's the process like? is it profitable?
>>
>hey who want's to buy these cylindrical onions filled with sand?

>let's start the bidding at $5 each. Do I hear $5 going once?

Cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, onion, carrots and graps. Picked up a fig tree, olive tree and guava tree this week. No I have not, its enough for family use. Tomatoes I will give away, get alot of them. Modern farmers markets are hit or miss around me. Better to just get to know local farmers and go directly to them.

wtf olives and guavas don't grow around here. Your trees are gonna die.

i think it just depends on the vegetable because big apples dont taste worse than small apples but big zucchini can be woody and bland.
but also idk what the hell is going on with this leek show, i think it's some british thing that's been going on for decades. maybe a bong can enlighten us
